It is impossible to have a easy life, for the sole object of life is the building of character and attainment of wisdom through experience. Life to all of us must always be full of difficulty, what the majority of returning citizens are seeking for is an easy and for them Fresh Start is not the ideal program. But to those who are seeking change, and who desire to overcome life and its difficulties, instead of weakly giving into them, The Fresh Start Program will bring about change.
